We place a high priority on customer service at Dubaivape. Therefore it is important for us to share our return policy & warranty. You may return defective items within 3 days of the received by date. According to your tracking information. Our policy covers any manufacturer defective items, dead on arrival items and items that do not appear as listed on the website.
To protect the health of our customers and staff. and the overall safety of our staff, we DO NOT accept returns of: atomizer, clearomizer, cartomizer, bottled liquid, drip tips, batteries, wick and wire.
Items damaged by miss-use or improper care are not covered by our policy! Please feel free to contact us at contact@dubaivape.net if you received items you’re not sure how to use. You can use this for proper care instructions and more in depth information on your items. We are happy to help. Alternatively Youtube an Google is a huge resource for anything you need help with
Return shipping is not pre-paid, so you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. You cannot get a refund for return shipping unless the items was received incorrectly.
The following is not covered:
The following items are excluded from our returns policy unless faulty or not as described :
- Tanks
- Opened products
- Coils
- Opened bottles of liquid
- This does not affect your statutory rights.
- Components of the vape (e-liquid, tanks, coils, pods, empty pods, batteries, accessories, and parts).
- Damaged devices (improper usage, water damage, drops, abuse, wear and tear).
Units functioning up to spec (i.e. you changed your mind). - Issues of cosmetics.
- Software issues.
- Tank leaks, dry hits, or shorted coils.
- Final Sale items.
- Modified products.
- Using improper or damaged battery in device.
- Clearance items.

The following items are our returns policy we accept :
- Devices that are not working (not turning on or functioning)
- Problems with the screen
- Chip issues (auto-firing, not recognizing any atomizers, “low battery” on a fully charged battery)
- Manufacturer’s defects
- Internal battery defects (if applicable)
Securely pack your merchandise in a box or envelope of your choice (you may also use the original package if possible). Please include your name, contact information and order number.
Please allow 10 days from the return shipped date for your account to be credited. And wait 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
